Read through the whole document before gathering materials. Get familiar with the drawings, materials list, and sequence of instructions so you can see how the project fits together.

1. Confirm you have the files for the project you purchased.
2. Review the drawings alongside the instructions and materials list.
3. Make a list of questions specific to your space or the information in the plans.
4. Check the requirements that apply to your site before beginning construction.

Make your files easy to find
