This policy explains how Ninja Warrior Blueprints uses information provided through this website, our checkout, and email support.
Information you provide
When you request free plans, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, and your email-marketing choice. When you purchase, we receive the contact and order information needed to record the sale and deliver your files. Stripe handles your payment details; our website does not store your full card number.
A download-recovery request uses your email and optional order reference. If you contact us by email, we receive your message and any information you include. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
How we use information
- Process purchases and deliver the correct downloadable files.
- Verify download requests and provide replacement links for eligible purchases.
- Respond to questions, investigate delivery problems, and handle refunds.
- Protect the website against abuse and maintain transaction records.
- Send project ideas and offers when you choose to subscribe.
The free Salmon Ladder offer requires agreeing to occasional marketing emails and confirming your subscription before receiving the free PDF. Buying plans and recovering paid downloads do not require joining the marketing list. Unsubscribing does not revoke an already delivered free download. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host the website, protect forms, store files, and maintain application records; Stripe for payments; Resend for email delivery; Gmail for customer support; and YouTube for the original course-video player. Visiting the video page loads the privacy-enhanced YouTube player, which may process technical information under the Google privacy policy. These providers process the information needed to perform those services. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.
Messages sent to our website support address may be screened by OpenAI using limited message text to classify routine requests. Mail sent directly to our privacy contact address is outside that automated support intake. The model is not given the raw order database, full payment-card information, or paid blueprint files. Automated tools may help organize requests and prepare routine replies. Requests needing an owner’s decision, including refunds and questions about structural changes or safety, are referred to the owner.
Website storage and technical information
The site stores a preference in your browser when you dismiss the free-plan offer so it does not repeatedly appear. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service. A security check may appear when you submit a form.
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate website visits, product-page views, and page performance. When our website creates a Stripe checkout session, we record its product, price, time, and payment-session reference to measure checkout activity against completed orders. That measurement record does not include a separate visitor identifier, email address, or IP address. This website does not include advertising pixels or require an account to browse the plans.
Keeping and protecting records
Order, delivery, and consent records are kept to operate the service, assist with purchases, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Download links are private and expire; anyone you share a working link with may be able to use it. Save your files securely and do not share purchased files contrary to the personal-use license.
You can contact us to ask about your information, correct an email address, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to investigate fraud or protect the service.
Children’s information
This website and its purchase and signup forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
