The plans are also designed for people with no prior woodworking or construction background. We've had self proclaimed "soccer moms" build the course by themselves in a week and kill it.

Yes. In addition to the actual blueprints the plans include very detailed step by step instructions.

Yes. Each part of the course comes with a materials list that features prices as well as SKU numbers for local hardware stores, such as Home Depot.
